SI #? - (ISSUES) - “What are you looking at?”
Same one as before. Inspired by Doctor Who. Represents seeing what others can’t see, and seeing the effect it has on someone I really like the version with the word bubble, but I’ll consult the class.

Good work. I agree the frames should be consistent. I like the feeling of bringing in the audience to what the character cannot see with words. Try to write about this as your next pieces evolve, if your going to stay with the word bubbles. Or some form of reasoning/intentionality. I would steer away from referring to the DR. Who episode specifically, because not everyone has seen it or even knows who Dr. Who is. Concentrate on the message of the episode or thoughts you feel from the episode. Raters won't know just HOW much this looks like the film still and think you plagiarized. If you keep it in, screen shot the episode you are referring to and/or create or find a url to show. The college board needs to know all visual influences if necessary.
ReplyDeleteMaybe the next piece you go into how this is making you feel? reflect on how this is influencing your life. We don't yet know WHO you are (no pun intended) as a protagonist. We need an emotional connection to your story to care (I'm not telling a storyteller such as yourself anything you don't know)
